Community Guidelines

SuperProfile platform maintains a comprehensive set of guidelines that define the permissible content within its ecosystem. These principles encompass all forms of content present on our platform, spanning across products, description, hyperlinks, and preview images. 

At the heart of our policies lies the intention to foster a secure digital environment on SuperProfile , while simultaneously granting creators the liberty to exchange a diverse array of encounters and viewpoints.


High-risk products

As identified by our payment partners, certain product types are not allowed on 
SuperProfile due to their higher likelihood of being associated with fraud and chargebacks. Some common such products are:
  • Selling jewellery
  • Pornography
  • Services that are fulfilled outside SuperProfile's purview
  • Digital products without proper reselling rights
  • Food products, medical products, skincare or beauty supplies
  • Products that feature cruelty to animals
  • Gift cards
  • Physical goods (new or old) with no proper fulfilment mechanism

Dealing with violation of our guidelines

If you share, promote, or sell content that violates the guidelines listed above, it is a violation of our Terms of Service. Depending on the situation, we may be forced to suspend your account and refund your sales. 

But if that is not the case, and we are able to pay you:

  • If your product is found to violate our Terms, the product will be removed but you will still be allowed to operate the account.
  • On the second violation, you will be given a two week notice, paid out for your remaining sales, and your account will be suspended permanently.
