How can your customers get an invoice for their purchase?

Welcome to our guide on obtaining invoices for your purchases through SuperProfile! Keeping track of your transactions is essential for personal and business records. This article will walk you through the steps to easily access and download your invoices after making a purchase.


  1. After making the purchase to access the content through email address or phone number, click on the my purchases tab on the top right corner (your account profile).

    Click on Sign in


  2. Click on the Sign In button to access the purchase.

    Click on Sign in

  3. Sign in with email or phone number and complete the verification process.

    Click on Enter your Phone Number

  4. This tab shows all the purchases made so far. You can search for the purchase you either by applying filters or clicking on that particular transaction for which you want to access the invoice for.



  5. Now click on the arrow button under the transactions tab to access the invoice for the purchase you made.



  6. This sections shows all the details regarding the purchase. Click on the particular purchase for which you would like to get an invoice for by clicking on the "invoice" button.



  7. Invoice represents the complete information about the purchase. To access the invoice on your email, click on "send to email" button.
    Note: You may also edit your email.



  8. Now, you can access the invoice now your email.
