How to check your event's insights?

Understanding how your event is performing is essential for optimising engagement and ensuring its success. SuperProfile provides a comprehensive Insights tab that allows you to monitor key metrics like page views, registrations, and traffic sources. This guide will help you navigate through the process of checking your event’s insights, enabling you to make informed decisions.

  1. Access the Event: Under your Events Dashboard, locate the event for which you want to check the insights.

    Click on Events

  2. Edit the Event: Click on the three dots (•••) next to the event name and select the "Edit" option from the dropdown menu.



  3. Navigate to the Insights Tab: Once inside the event editor, navigate to the "Insights" tab.



  4. Review Key Metrics: In the Insights tab, you’ll find detailed information on the following:
    Page Views: See how many times your event page has been viewed.
    Registrations: Track the number of attendees registered for your event.
    Top Referrers: Identify which platforms or sources are driving the most traffic to your event.
    Live Traffic: Monitor real-time traffic data to see how many users are currently viewing your event page.



  5. Additional Actions:

    • Change Theme: Customise the appearance of your event by changing the theme from this tab.
    • Check Event Status: View the current status of your event (e.g., Sales Ended, Live, etc.).
    • Share the Event: Easily share your event through social media or email directly from this tab.
