How to manage members in your community?
Managing members in your Telegram community on SuperProfile is crucial for maintaining control and offering a seamless experience. With the member management feature, you can view active and inactive members, check their subscription plans, and make necessary adjustments.
- Access the Telegram Dashboard: From your SuperProfile dashboard, click on Telegram under the "Your Apps" section. A list of all your Telegram communities will appear.
- Select the Community: Click on the name of the community for which you want to manage members. This will open the specific dashboard for that community.
- Navigate to the Members Tab: Once inside the community's dashboard, navigate to the Members tab on the left-hand menu.
Here, you will see two main categories: Active and Inactive members.
- View Active Members: Under the Active tab, you can view the details of members currently subscribed to your community. The key details shown include:
Member: The member's email and contact details.
Active Plan: The subscription plan they are enrolled in.
Validity: The duration of their active plan.
Activation Date: When their subscription started.
Expiration Date: When their plan will expire. - Member Management Actions: You can also perform actions on each member by clicking on the arrow icon next to their details. Options may include extending their subscription, sending reminders, or managing payment details.
- Search and Filter Members: The dashboard provides a search bar to find members by name or email.
You can also filter members by a specific date range (e.g., last 30 days, last 90 days) to focus on a particular time period.
- Add New Members: If you want to manually add a member to the community, click the + Add New Member button at the top-right of the Members tab.
Fill in the necessary details, such as email, subscription plan, and validity, to add them to the community.
- Export Members: To download a list of your members for offline use or analysis, click the Export button, and the data will be downloaded in CSV format.
- Sharing Your Channel: You can share the community’s channel link directly by using the Share Channel section, which offers various sharing options like WhatsApp, Facebook, or a direct link.
Managing members in your Telegram community is simple and effective with SuperProfile's dashboard. From viewing active subscriptions to manually adding members, you have all the tools needed to keep your community running smoothly and efficiently.
