How to take additional details from customers?
Capturing additional details from your customers during the payment process is essential for enhancing order fulfilment, customer support, and personalised communication. By adding custom fields to your payment page, you can gather vital information such as shipping addresses or contact numbers, ensuring a smooth and personalised customer experience.
Click on the Registration Questions under the Settings tab.
Click on the "Add Question" option.
After clicking on "Add Question" enter the question that you want to ask and click on Add Question.
Now you can preview it.
After making the changes click on "Publish Changes" button.
