How to view your attendees and invite guests?

Keeping track of who’s attending your events and sending out guest invitations is crucial for ensuring a well-organised event. SuperProfile’s Events Dashboard makes this process seamless with its intuitive Attendees tab. This guide will walk you through the steps to view your current attendees and send out invitations to potential guests, helping you manage your event efficiently.

  1. Access the Event: Under your Events Dashboard, click on the event for which you want to view your attendees and invite guests.

    Click on Events

  2. Edit the Event: Click on the three dots (•••) next to the event name and select the "Edit" option.



  3. View Attendees: Navigate to the "Attendees" tab within the event. This tab displays a list of all your attendees, categorised as "Invited" and "Confirmed."



  4. Invite Guests:

    • To invite guests, click on the "Invite" button located on the right side of the "Attendees" tab.

      Click on Invite

    • A side panel will open where you can enter email addresses manually or paste them from Google Sheets or Excel.



    • Add a personalised message if desired.

      Click on Add a personalized message

    • Click "Send Invites" to send the invitations or "Send Preview" to preview the invitation before sending.
