I Connected the Wrong Stripe Account! What Do I Do Now?

Connecting the correct Stripe account is essential for smooth payment processing on your SuperProfile. If you've accidentally connected the wrong Stripe account, don't worry! You can easily disconnect it and link the correct one by following these simple steps.

  1. Access Your Dashboard: Start by logging into your SuperProfile dashboard. Once there, click on the Settings tab.

  2. Navigate to Payment Options: Under Account Settings, select Payments. This section will display all your current payment options, including the connected Stripe account.

  3. Click on the payments tab which shows all the payments options.

  4. Disconnect the Incorrect Stripe Account: Find your Stripe account in the list. Click on the three dots (•••) next to it and select View Details. This will give you the option to Disconnect Stripe Account.

    Click on View Details

  5. Complete any required information, then click on Disconnect Stripe Account to finalise the disconnection.



Once you've disconnected the incorrect Stripe account, you can now reconnect the correct one to ensure that your payments are processed accurately. If you encounter any issues during this process, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
